Delivery and payment

Delivery:

All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00, by DPD service.

The maximum delivery time for Croatia is 24-48 hours, except for the islands, from the moment the order or payment is received, according to the selected payment model. Delivery to the islands is carried out in accordance with the schedule of the delivery service and may take longer than stated above.

Estimated delivery time to Dubrovnik is 2-4 working days.

For orders received before 1:00 p.m. on a working day, and for which payment is made with one of the offered debit or credit cards, we hand over the ordered goods to the delivery service the next day, due to the time required to make the crystal.

Shipping cost for the Republic of Croatia:

For all orders, the shipping price for packages less than 2 kg,
