The website www.ciux.com is owned by CIUX.COM, a trade for 3D Crystals, owner Ivan Cvetko, production and processing of other glass, including technical goods made of glass, enables the use of the services and content of this website, which is regulated by these Terms of Purchase.

 

 

The terms of purchase prescribe the conditions and rules for end users and refer to the use of this website. By using the website, end users declare that they agree with the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and agree to use the website in accordance with them.

 

 

Access to these websites may sometimes be unavailable due to works, maintenance or the introduction of new content and in cases of unforeseen circumstances, which are beyond the control of CIUX.COM, which we will try to eliminate as soon as possible.

 

 

All materials found on these websites are the exclusive intellectual property of CIUX.COM and may be used only with the express permission of the copyright holder and trademark and/or design rights holder.

The user can send his inquiries and comments in writing, by post or e-mail, and CIUX.COM will send a written answer by post or e-mail within the legal deadline.

 

 

In terms of these Purchase Terms, a customer is a natural or legal person who orders at least one product, fills in the required information and pays for the ordered product through this website.

 

 

If data on a legal entity is entered in the data on the buyer, then the buyer is considered a legal entity, and the natural person whose data is entered is considered an authorized person of the buyer.

 

 

 

For a valid product order, the person completing the order must be over 18 years of age (business capacity).

CIUX.COM undertakes to clearly, visibly and legibly highlight the amount of the retail price in accordance with Article 7 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14). All prices are expressed in Euros, including VAT. Payment costs and interbank transactions are not included in the price.

 

 

CIUX.COM will periodically, in accordance with its decision, put certain products on sale at a price that is lower than the price of those products in regular sale, and also undertakes to clearly, visibly and legibly mark and indicate the duration of the sale.

 

 

After the expiration of the promotional sale period, CIUX.COM will not accept orders under the terms, which refer to the expired promotional sale.

 

 

The prices of all products are informative and subject to change without prior notice.

 

 

Product information on this website is based on the CIUX.COM physical store database.

 

 

Product photos are symbolic and informative in nature, and do not always have to correspond in all details to the products that are the subject of the order. CIUX.COM especially points out that the visual identity of the product shown in the photo does not have to correspond to the appearance of the product in reality, especially considering the monitor settings on the customer’s computer, considering the differences in the perception of colors as the customer sees them on the screen, etc.

 

 

In the case of the above-mentioned discrepancy between the product shown in the photo and the delivered product, it is not a lack of product.

 

 

Product information (product description, price, etc.) displayed on this website is subject to malfunctions and irregularities in the operation of the application, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, etc. In the event of obvious errors or malfunctions with regard to product information displayed on this website page, CIUX.COM reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

 

 

The subject of the order can only be products for which it is indicated in the order that they are available in the warehouse.

 

 

In case of simultaneous ordering by several users on this website, it may happen that the information about the availability of the product is not the same as the state in the CIUX.COM warehouse.

 

 

If the ordered product is not available in the warehouse, CIUX.COM will inform the customer that the product is currently not available, the time frame in which the product is available, and at the same time offer the possibility of purchasing an alternative product from the offer, which is available for delivery and which is closest to the ordered product in terms of its characteristics , which is not available.

 

 

By selecting each product, the details are printed next to it – product name, short description, price, quantity, crystal dimensions, and whether it is available. Clicking on the “Basket” button next to each item will add it to the “Basket”.

 

 

The prices displayed on the pages next to individual products are expressed with VAT already included.

 

 

By accessing the “Basket” menu, the customer gets an overview of the selected products, their quantity and price.

 

 

The product included in the “Basket” is purchased by clicking the “Finish purchase” button.

 

 

For each order, the shipping price is indicated under the basket.

After pressing the “Complete purchase” button, the buyer accesses the order form in which you must enter your personal data. If the buyer’s personal data differs from the recipient’s personal data, you must select the specified option to correctly indicate the recipient’s data.

 

 

After receiving all the mandatory data from the order, a notification will be displayed on the screen that the customer’s order has been received, and the customer will receive a special notification about the receipt of the order electronically to the specified e-mail address.

 

 

Products are ordered by selecting, using the menu and filling in the electronic form. The product is considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire ordering process. The order is considered received at the moment when CIUX.COM receives the order electronically through the Internet pages.

 

 

At the moment when the order is received, CIUX.COM will notify the customer electronically in the form of an e-mail that the order has been received or that the product has been successfully ordered. If the customer does not receive the notification from the previous paragraph, it is suggested to check:

whether the message is in the Junk/Spam folder; whether the mailbox is full; whether the items are in the shopping cart after logging in to the website, and if they are not, the customer should repeat the ordering process. The contract is considered concluded at the moment CIUX.COM receives confirmation that the order amount has been paid.

 

 

 

The ordered goods can be paid for:

Credit or debit cards via the Stripe service, and PayPal.

 

By choosing to pay by card, by clicking on the «Payment method» menu, a separate window will automatically open, in which all required data can be entered.

 

If the payment has been made, and CIUX.COM does not have the ordered product due to a lack of goods in the warehouse, the customer will be notified within a reasonable period of time, and CIUX.COM will return the paid funds.

 

 

In the case of the above-mentioned payment, the customer is responsible and bears the risk for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided, given that CIUX.COM will refund the funds in accordance with the data provided.

 

 

When choosing a model, we make, pack and send the crystals only after receiving the payment.

We deliver the invoice for the order in the shipment together with the goods.

 

 

From time to time we give away a coupon for special promotions, benefits and discounts. We can share coupons in cooperation with different media, other digital networks.

 

 

A coupon is usually a single word or string of characters. To calculate the discount in the COUPON CODE field, enter the correct text and/or characters on the coupon, confirm it – and the discount will be calculated automatically. The coupon entry field is located in the “Cart” in the second and third steps of the payment process. Coupon benefits must be used before completing your purchase.

 

 

Coupons may be limited by duration and number of uses. Also, discounts can be applied to only one product, to a limited selection of products or to a promotion. All discount rules will be clearly indicated when sending the coupon.

 

 

Products can be ordered for delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union, as well as in some countries outside the EU, according to the conditions that apply to each delivery area. Delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia is carried out via the delivery service chosen by CIUX.COM, in this case it is DPD. Packaging and delivery are included in the product delivery price.

 

 

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms of use of the delivery service, and is considered completed at the moment of handing over the product to the delivery service. Delivery is made via the DPD delivery service.

 

 

 

For all orders, the shipping price for packages less than 2 kg,

the price is €3.19 + VAT.

In case you are not at home at the time of the agreed delivery, the delivery person will call you and arrange a new delivery date with you. Please let us know at , if you are unable to receive the order according to the earlier appointment.

 

 

If the recipient does not exist at the specified address or the address is unknown, the delivery person will try to contact the recipient and arrange a time and possibly another address for delivery.

 

 

In case of impossibility of delivery, the shipment is returned to CIUX.COM, and the customer will be notified by e-mail and will be offered the following option:

that the ordered product, at the customer’s request by e-mail, be re-delivered to the customer’s or recipient’s address; that the ordered product, at the customer’s request by e-mail, be re-delivered to another customer’s or recipient’s address.

If the buyer does not respond to the e-mail sent to him within 3 days and chooses one of the offered options, he will be considered to have abandoned the purchase.

 

 

In the event that the customer orders goods and refuses to receive them, CIUX.COM has the right to withhold from the paid amount of the purchase price the amount equal to the delivery costs and other manipulative costs from the delivery price list.

 

 

CIUX.COM is responsible for material defects of the items it sells on its website in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia, in particular the Law on Obligations.

 

 

The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged by normal handling during transport/delivery.

 

 

In the event that the shipment is damaged during transport, such damage is visible when the shipment is picked up, and in that case we suggest that the buyer does not pick up the shipment. We ask customers to contact us so that we can check the status of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one.

 

 

In the case of a visible lack of product when taking over the shipment, the customer is not obliged to take over the delivered product, can refuse receipt, and does not bear the costs of delivering such a product. It is considered that the products that were properly received by the customer had no visible defect.

 

 

When receiving the goods, checking the correctness of the order depends on the buyer, and the buyer is obliged to compare the received items with the invoice, if something is missing, he is obliged to send a written complaint to CIUX.COM within eight days, as subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

 

 

By refusing receipt, the delivery service will return the shipment to CIUX.COM, noting that the shipment contains a defect.

 

 

If the product has a hidden defect (a defect that could not be detected during a normal inspection when picking up the item) that the customer discovers after opening the product – the customer has the right to unilateral termination of the contract and refund, replacement of the product, removal of the defect or price reduction.

 

 

In the event that the buyer is dissatisfied for any reason, he can send a written complaint within the legal term of 14 days from the receipt of the shipment, by e-mail to: ,

The customer has the right to a justified complaint and to return the goods in the following cases:

delivery of goods that were not ordered; delivery of goods that have a fault or damage.

 

In order to determine as quickly as possible the specific order to which the customer has a complaint, customers are asked to state the order number, account number or their username in the complaint. CIUX.COM will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay and will respond within the time limit set by the Consumer Protection Act.

 

 

In the event of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or exchange for a correct, undamaged and valid product.

 

 

CIUX.COM will accept the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the customer has not affected the correctness, damage or any defect of the goods.

 

 

The goods will be collected by CIUX.COM. or its contractual logistics partner, at the address to which it was delivered or at another address, according to a prior agreement with the customer.

 

 

The buyer is obliged to hand over the goods to CIUX.COM without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent his decision on unilateral termination of the contract. The customer can return the goods to the CIUX.COM address himself at his own expense, of which he must notify CIUX Trgovina in advance.

 

 

CIUX.COM undertakes to return the money it received for the products from the complaint, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when the goods were returned to CIUX.COM or after proof that the goods were sent has been submitted back.

 

 

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. In the event that the customer agrees to another way of returning the paid amount, he does not bear any costs for the return.

 

 

The customer can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

 

 

The customer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract:

if the subject of the contract is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.

In order for the buyer to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this contract, he must notify of his decision to unilaterally terminate the contract before the expiration of the term, by means of an unambiguous statement sent by mail or electronic mail, in which he will state his name and surname, address, telephone number or address electronic mail.

 

 

You can electronically fill out and send the online form for unilateral termination of the contract. We will send you the confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.

 

 

The term for unilateral termination of the contract of 14 days starts from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract are handed over to the buyer or a third person designated by the buyer, who is not the carrier.

 

 

If the customer unilaterally terminates this contract, CIUX.COM undertakes to return the money received, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day on which the CIUX.COM goods are returned or after proof is provided that the goods were sent back.

 

 

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. In the event that the customer agrees to another way of returning the paid amount, he does not bear any costs for the return.

 

 

The buyer is obliged to hand over or send the goods to the CIUX.COM address without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day when the buyer sent his decision on unilateral termination of the contract.

 

 

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

 

 

The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
